Abby created a perfectly detailed itinerary that allowed us to see everything that the Umbria region and Rome had to offer. The cooking classes with Lorena, Letizia and Daniela were nothing short of amazing. Their education and guidance in the kitchen influenced my newfound love for food, wine and olive oil! Every day was a new adventure, vineyard and history lesson through the region of Umbria and continued to our last stop in Rome. Abby’s profound love for Italy (and good food and wine!) showed, as she put her whole heart and soul into this adventure. I learned (and ate) more than I could have ever imagined on this trip. I highly encourage you to drop everything and go, you will not be disappointed!
